Aquest procediment es va produir mitjan\u00e7ant procediment obert i simplificat, atesa l&#8217;oferta m\u00e9s avantatjosa del concurs.<\/p>\n<p>La poblaci\u00f3 del Montmell, amb aproximadament 1917 habitants, es troba a la comarca del Baix Pened\u00e8s a la prov\u00edncia de Tarragona.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019obra compr\u00e8n la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 dels 18 cabal\u00edmetres a les sortides dels dip\u00f2sits que configuren el sistema d\u2019emmagatzematge d\u2019aigua per controlar la xarxa d\u2019abastament en baixa del municipi.
